We NEVER want rotor refurbishment to cost you more than 50% of your OEM cost or $3.50 per square inch of plated surface, whichever is lowest. That's right, you can have your rotors like new for 50% of your original new cost.
We can repair your rotors almost indefinitely. We have many customers who haven't bought a new rotor since we began working for them.
We have a sophisticated machine shop that can extend the tops of rotor flights that have suffered from extreme wear. We can also cut down or otherwise resize rotors as well.
If your rotor is gouged, pitted or slotted, we will weld, fill, grind and polish as needed to get your rotor back to the original specifications.
When your rotor comes into our state of the art facility, we measure and strip all rotors of existing chrome. Once measured, the rotor is ground and polished and repaired if needed to assure uniformity from top to bottom. Then the rotors are replated.
It is our goal to stay as close to $3.50 (US) per square inch of plated surface as possible or 50% of original cost, whichever is lowest.
